Substance Abuse Education
How it Works
Most of our sessions take place in a supportive group environment, where you can connect with others who truly understand the struggle. However, we know that everyone’s situation is unique; we also offer individual sessions on a case-by-case basis to ensure you get the specific care you need.
What We’ll Explore Together
Our curriculum covers the practical and emotional sides of recovery, including:
Relapse Prevention: Understanding your triggers and building a solid plan to stay on track.
The Recovery Process: Navigating the ups and downs of long-term sobriety.
Pathways to Support: Exploring the roles of AA/NA (12-step programs) and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Daily Life Skills: Rebuilding habits, managing stress, and improving communication.
Understanding Addiction: Breaking down the science and psychology of why we feel the way we do.
We’re Here to Walk This Path With You
Recovery isn’t a journey you have to take alone. Whether you are looking for a fresh start or have been court-ordered to complete a substance abuse program, we provide a safe, welcoming space to learn, grow, and heal.
We know that legal requirements can feel overwhelming, but we view this as an opportunity to help you build a toolkit for a more stable and fulfilling life. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, without judgment.
